This is a very important genre as it teaches children about the real world and important facts.  This genre teaches children to understand their own world they are living in so they can grow and learn. This book is the life of a bee and nature journey to goes through. It teaches the facts of the insect so children can learn about nature. The illustrator used many different elements of art to engage the reader and bring the reader into the setting of the story. There is the presence of bright colors to present a presence of watercolors. It shows depth and details of the things as they appear in the real world . The illustrations are detailed allowing the reader to feel the true representation.
